Coaches, Tell Your Story
Every coach has a story. Maybe it is the season that tested you, the player who changed your perspective, or the lesson you wish someone had told you when you started. If you have an experience or philosophy you want to share, email it over. With your permission, I would love to feature some of these stories on Behind the Diamond so other coaches, parents, and players can learn from them too.
